A Practice Built on Presence & Deep Knowing

After more than twenty years in the corporate and nonprofit world, Jenn Kilburg followed a deeper calling: helping people heal. She is a certified Reiki Master, trained in sound healing, a Certified Trauma-Aware Functional Breathwork Facilitator, and has advanced training in meditation and in Energy Medicine. Her practice also includes advanced training in Biofield Attunement through Eileen McKusick's programs, along with sacred initiations in the Q'ero Andean Paqo lineage of Peru — blending science, sound, and ancient wisdom, shaped entirely around you.

WHY SOUND? WHY NOW?

Your Nervous System Remembers How to Rest

Modern life keeps the body on high alert — deadlines, screens, caregiving, grief, the endless to‑do list. Over time, the nervous system forgets how to fully exhale.

Sound and energy work speak to the body in its first language: vibration. Intentional frequencies invite you out of fight‑or‑flight and into the rest‑&‑restore state where true healing happens. Brainwaves slow from busy beta into calm alpha and theta. Breath deepens. The body remembers.

Healing begins when the nervous system feels safe.

Where It Began

Every journey starts somewhere. Mine started with a Tibetan singing bowl, a full heart, and a decision to stop waiting until everything was perfect. This was the moment Jenntle Vibes stopped being a private dream and became a real, breathing thing.

Since then, something has quietly and steadily taken root. Sessions held in studios and living rooms. Crystal bowls ringing over people who came in carrying things they didn't have words for — and left a little lighter. Clients who said “I didn't know I needed this until I was already in it.”

Every sound bath, every tuning session, every moment of watching someone's nervous system finally exhale — that's what has happened in the space between that first video and this one.

This Is How I Found My Way Home

Long before I ever held a singing bowl, I was already in the business of showing up for people who needed help.

It started early — not in a job, but in my own childhood. My family needed the kind of community support that nonprofits exist to provide. I grew up on the receiving end of that kind of care. So when it came time to choose a life's work, I didn't choose it so much as return to it. Nonprofit work wasn't a career path I found. It was one I already belonged to.

Years of Service

Right after college, I started at a nonprofit education organization, Galaxy Classroom, then spent quite a while at Varsity Gold, a school fundraising company, out in Arizona. Eventually I moved to Florida and started a family — and once again, the nonprofit thread picked back up. I spent four years at United Way Suncoast, leading a team, doing the work of fundraising, program building, and community support. Different organizations followed; FrontStream, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, each one asking me to wear nearly every hat the nonprofit world has to offer. Grant writing. Volunteer recruitment. Program leadership. Different rooms, same thread — helping people get the support I once needed myself.

I was good at it. I believed in it. But, some days left me running on empty.

Something Woke Up

During my time at United Way Suncoast, I watched my own team quietly burn out and realized I was right there with them. Someone suggested a guided meditation class. I almost didn't go… I'm glad I did.

That class didn't fix anything. But it cracked something open. A question I couldn't unask. What if the calm I kept helping other people find was something I needed to find myself?

Not long after, I started studying energy medicine quietly, privately, mostly on my own time. Not because I had a plan. Because I couldn't stop. That study led me to my first sound bath, where something in me recognized the familiar feeling, immediately. A quiet mind and a calm nervous system.

Peru, Twice

Early 2023, I led a group meditation at a staff retreat in Tampa — the first time I ever guided a room of colleagues. Not long after, I traveled to Peru for the first time, and was initiated into the Q'ero Andean Paqo lineage, receiving a Crystal Mesa carried by generations of healers before me. I didn't go looking for a new career. I went looking for something to heal me… and I found the truth. Healing starts within.

I started a new role in April 2024, and the Peruvian energy came with me. That May, I returned to Peru a second time, deepening what had already begun to reshape me.

Bringing It Home

Back home, I kept practicing — building my own instrument collection, offering sound baths for community groups and women's retreats, letting the practice grow alongside the day job.

Then, in March 2025, for Mental Health Awareness Month, I partnered with our People and Culture team to bring sound baths, breathwork, and meditation sessions to my coworkers. I watched people I'd worked alongside for years finally exhale. That is when I fully aligned with my purpose.

Guatemala

In September 2025, after twenty years in nonprofit leadership, I stepped away to build Jenntle Vibes full-time. The following month, I traveled to Guatemala, hiking up to watch the sun set over the volcanoes and Lake Atitlán. Standing there, I felt it plainly — Mama Gaia telling me I'd made the right decision.

Stepping Fully In

Leaving wasn't a leap away from service. It was the same circle, closing and opening again. My family needed help once, so I spent my career helping others. Now I'm helping the helpers — the coworkers, the colleagues, the friends still giving everything they have to everyone else. Crystal bowls instead of grant proposals. Tuning forks instead of talking points. Still, always, paying it forward.

Where I Am Now

Since then, I've held sound baths and energy medicine sessions in conference rooms, libraries, apartment complexes, rec centers, and the healing space I built in my own home. Every session is still, at its core, the same thing that started with a Tibetan singing bowl and a decision to stop waiting until everything felt perfect.

A little more seasoned. A lot more sure. Still, always, in service of the same thing — helping you find your way back home.
